What Makes the KHB Series Different

The KHB valve(also known as Bkh Valve, according to the side of the ocean you're on) is a two-way ball valve for block mounting in hydraulic applications. It's small it's tough and it does one thing really well: it stops flow when you want it to, it opens fully when you don't.

The block-type design is the real secret here. Because the valve mounts directly into your manifold or line, there are fewer potential leak paths. Fewer threads, fewer gaskets, fewer things to go wrong.

Why Outlet Failure Shouldn't Scare You

I've seen plenty of guys shy away from high pressure ball valves because they're worried about the outlet side failing under surge pressure. Fair concern. But here's the thing—a properly rated valve with a 3:1 safety factor (like ours) handles spikes just fine. The floating ball design means the ball presses tighter against the seat as pressure increases. It's self-energizing.

The weak link is almost never the valve itself. It’s the installation—fittings that have been under-torqued, seals that don’t match, contamination on the lines. We test each and every KHB valve on our high-pressure automated test stand prior to leaving the factory. Five rounds of testing, including an extreme pressure test, to kuammer certainly sure.
