    Characteristics

    Ball bearing offers access to connect with KSNV series male half .

    Thread -to -connect with double shut -off valving .

    Self locking connection mechanism prevents accidental disconnection caused by vibration .

    New valve design , it cans resistance damage from high flow and the pressure that providing advanced performance.

    Machined from solid steel barstock for durability .

    The TWG Series employs a threaded sleeve locking mechanism , mates with matching male threads on the nipple . The two halves must be manually threaded together for connection .

    New chrome plating treatment provides advanced anti-rust performance .

    Hard ,chrome alloy balls are used for valving . They Are spring loaded for positive seating of the valve .

    This Anti-Blowout bonded seal is designed to prevent blow -out or damage during severe service conditions .

    Hydraulic quick coupling selection steps: Determine system pressure, flow rate, oil type, and environmental parameters; select push-pull or twist-lock type based on operating conditions; verify interface specifications (e.g., SAE J518) to ensure complete compatibility; choose carbon steel for normal environments and stainless steel for corrosive environments. During installation, clean the flange, align, and tighten bolts evenly. Low-pressure venting is required for the initial connection. Regularly inspect the appearance; cover with a dust cover when disconnecting; and replace seals annually to effectively prevent leaks. Accurate selection and standardized maintenance ensure long-term reliable system operation.
