VCR High Pressure Threaded Hydraulic Quick Couplings
Application
This series is designed for use on mobile plant, Tipper trucks, Commercial vehicle trailers, agricultural equipment and construction plant.
Characteristics
Wing nut sleeve design allows connection by hand.
The screw system allows the connection either with male or female under pressure.
Bidirectional flow.
Male has external therad for bulkhead mounting.
Caps&plugs with steel.
Max 420 bars operating pressure.
Screw connect deisgn eliminates brinelling.
Flat face design prevents fluid loss during disconnection.
Allow for minimal inclusion of air and contaminents during connection.
Can be connected with up to 50 bar residual pressure in the hydraulic circuit.
VCR is a thread-to-connect coupling , socket with wing nut can operate by manual with left over pressure.
Compatible with FASTER CVE seires , HOLMBURY VCR series.
